Our History
Trucks & Parts was founded in 1950 by Marvin Goldenberg, an innovative pioneer in the waste industry, and is credited as having created the nation’s original garbage truck dealership.
Goldenberg was recognized in 1966 by then-First Lady Lady Bird Johnson with a national business award. In 2014, he was inducted into the National Waste & Recycling Association Hall of Fame as one of the pioneers in providing reconditioned refuse trucks to the waste hauling industry.
Throughout his life, Marvin’s vision, drive, and commitment to excellence resulted in exponential growth of the company, earning it’s reputation as the nation’s most recognized and respected name in refuse trucks and equipment – a legacy that we strive to carry on.
